Healthy Skin with Regular Exercise

According to dr. Fia Fia Lee, by exercising the general blood flow will increase throughout the body tissue. The benefit for the face and skin, increased blood flow will make the tissue and skin cells become healthier

To get a healthy skin and bright, it's not enough just to exercise alone. According to Fia, the need for other supporting factors such as eating lots of vegetables and fruits that contain vitamin C, drinking water, and enough sleep (6-8 hours a day ).
